Kidzalive. 0 - 11 Year olds on Sundays 11:00 am - 12:15 pmKidzalive is the fun, exciting and life-changing childrens’ ministry of ECC, for children up to age 11. Our aim is to provide a place for kids in the Wigan area to learn more about the God who is crazy about them, while having an awesome and fun-filled time. We run age relevant Kidzalive programs every Sunday alongside Desire the Fire. Kidzalive leaders are sold out for Jesus as well as the kidz, and are dedicated to releasing the potential inside every child. Learning to Lead Big LivesEvery week our kidz come into a positive environment that encourages them to be all they can be. Through games, dance, live music, talks, video and interactivity, children are challenged and encouraged to live big lives; and apply what they've learned in their daily living. For 11 - 16 Year olds on Sundays 11:00 am – 12:15 pmNRG-ize is the place where our young people meet with God. It combines the fast-paced activities found in NRG on Fridays, with a blend of contemporary, creative and traditional teaching methods. NRG-ize harnesses all the qualities and intentions of Desire the Fire in a relevant way to your 11-16 Year olds. For 11- 16 Year olds on Fridays 7:30 pm to 9:00 pmNRG is Elim Christian Centre's youth group, impacting young people aged 11-20 years. NRG meets every Friday from 7:30 pm - 9.30 pm. NRG offers a safe and secure environment where young people can gather and choose from a range of action-packed activities such as playstations, Nintendo wii, dance mats, interactive games, football, quizzes with prizes, etc or just chill-out with mates. Occasionally, there are themed events such as pamper evenings, which can include make-overs, manicures, hair-styling, face masks, etc all given by specialists; sauna and hot tub nights, and games’ challenge nights, etc. Alongside the fun and games, there are also opportunities to meet with God through Youth Alpha (from September) or through one-on-ones with our Christian staff who are always on-hand to guide young people individually in their lives. We aim to encourage young people to live out their God-given potential and make great friends.
